Latvia is a country of contrast. There are shiny new buildings next to old and abandoned buildings. European tourists come to its capital Riga for its beauty, but there is also a large homeless population wandering those same streets. Young Life Latvia is reaching out to these kids by providing a secure, safe environment and warm friendship. This is a critical time to add more staff so we can reach more kids.
